To open a v888 account you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.

If duplicate accounts are discovered, v888 may close all but one account, forfeit any bonuses across all duplicate accounts and may void bets placed through accounts created in breach of this rule.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. If any information changes after registration, you are responsible for updating it through your account settings or by contacting support. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
v888 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any stage. Failure to provide documents when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions until the matter is resolved.
Your v888 login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify v888 support immediately. v888 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You may request to close your v888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed at account closure — they are not redeemable as cash.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. v888 will notify you by the contact details on record before applying any dormancy fee. All transactions on v888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit on v888 is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one business day for bank IBFT. v888 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges — please check with your provider before depositing. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of the request being approved. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. v888 does not deduct fees from standard withdrawal amounts. However, if you request more than three withdrawals within a single calendar day, subsequent requests on that day may be subject to a small processing fee — support can confirm the current threshold.
v888 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or when activity triggers our fraud-prevention protocols. Acceptable KYC documents include a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method may also be requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.
Because your v888 account is denominated in PKR from the start, there are no currency conversion charges. What you deposit is what you see in your balance — no deductions for exchange rates.
v888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all v888 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
New v888 members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus is credited to your account immediately after a qualifying deposit is made. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of the stake toward meeting the wagering requirement. Casino slots may contribute at a lower rate. Certain game types — such as live dealer table games — may contribute a reduced percentage or may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Game contribution rates for each promotion are stated alongside the offer terms.
Bonuses must be claimed and the wagering requirement met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period and are removed from your account without compensation.
v888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse a bonus where there is evidence of abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, collusion between players, or deliberately exploiting errors in promotional terms. Any winnings derived from abusive behaviour may be voided.
The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on v888, including cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, field hockey and all other covered sports.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. v888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique reference number. Do not assume a bet has been accepted until this confirmation appears.
A bet may be voided — and the stake returned — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before sufficient play for a result to be declared; the market is suspended before the bet could be matched due to technical issues; or there is a manifest error in the displayed odds (see section 6.4). Voided bets are returned to your balance at the original stake amount.
v888 offers live in-play betting on cricket, football, tennis and most other covered sports. In-play odds change continuously based on match developments. Bets placed during a delay between the live event and the data feed v888 receives may be voided at v888's discretion, particularly in circumstances where the outcome was already known before the bet was submitted. This is to maintain fairness for all players.
If odds are published on v888 that are clearly incorrect — whether due to a system error, human error or data feed failure — v888 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and to offer re-booking at the correct odds. A manifest error is defined as one that any reasonable person would identify as obviously wrong given the context of the event and market.
v888 applies maximum win limits per bet and per account per day. These limits vary by sport and market. Specific limits are available from customer support on request. Bets placed above the applicable limit may be reduced to the maximum without prior notice.
Casino games, slots and crash games on v888 are provided by third-party software suppliers operating under their own game certification and RNG audit standards. v888 presents these games on its platform but the underlying game logic and fairness is governed by the supplier's certification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, v888 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits will be returned to the registered payment method after any applicable deductions for losses incurred through fraudulent activity.

v888's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the return of your account balance where a fault on our part has directly caused a loss. v888 is not liable for losses arising from: your own decisions on how to bet or play; network failures or connectivity issues on your end; events outside v888's reasonable control; or the actions of third-party payment providers.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
